Brandie Campbell
I have over 25 years of experience as a mental health professional and am passionate about supporting others in their mental health and overall well-being. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I believe that everyone has the ability to create meaningful change and live as the best version of themselves. I help clients facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, relationship concerns, chronic and acute illness, and grief and loss. My approach focuses not only on addressing immediate symptoms, but also on uncovering and working through the underlying issues.
In addition to my current work in a trauma hospital setting, I bring experience from community and nonprofit environments, with specialized expertise in trauma-informed care. I incorporate Solution-Focused, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral approaches, always centering the client as the expert of their own journey.
