Aish Ganapathy
I graduated from Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2022 and am currently a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner. I'm originally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and moved to Lincoln, Nebraska, in 2017 to pursue my Bachelor's majoring in Actuarial Science while minoring in Psychology and Mathematics. As an immigrant to this country, I understand the importance of having safe, inclusive, and culturally sensitive spaces. My goal as your therapist is to offer a space where you can feel emotionally and physically safe. Where your beliefs, values, and opinions are highlighted and respected.

About Aish
I am trained in EMDR and the Gottman Method and I integrate IFS and narrative therapies to challenge and honor all parts of my clients. These methods have been proven to help clients, couples, and families with trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.
My hope is that my office can become a place where you can sift through the confusion of life and process difficult and complex feelings to help you be your best self.
I usually spend my spare time watching Marvel movies and cooking for friends and family.
